Shipping of Products

• Please note that all Mesmerized Beauty products are shipped through USPS. 
  
• Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping. (Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS is currently experiencing slower than usual delivery times. This is of no fault of Mesmerized Beauty, LLC).
• Once items have shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email, which includes a tracking number for your purchase. 
• If there is a defect with your purchase upon delivery, please email MB at [email protected] to resolve the issue, if possible. 
• Refunds or exchanges are at the discretion of Mesmerized Beauty, LLC based on a case to case basis.
